    • Implement and refine dynamic scheduling tools to support efficient planning as the business scales.
    • Assess co-manufacturer capacity and capabilities to ensure production plans align with available resources and constraints.
    • Proactively identify capacity bottlenecks and work with internal teams and co-manufacturers to optimize production schedules.
    • Maintain an optimal balance between capacity utilization and flexibility to accommodate changes in demand or supply disruptions.
  2. Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to validate planning assumptions, including demand fluctuations, capacity constraints, and production rates.
    • Identify and drive process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and responsiveness.
  3. Co-Manufacturing Management
    • Act as the primary point of contact for co-manufacturers, ensuring alignment on production plans and execution.
    • Own the end-to-end co-manufacturing process, including raw material and packaged inventory management, ERP transactions, transportation, and procurement coordination.
    • Monitor and mitigate risks related to supply disruptions, capacity constraints, and inventory imbalances.
  4. Other Responsibilities
    • Support ad hoc supply chain projects and initiatives as needed to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2–3 years of experience in supply planning, production scheduling, or related supply chain roles in a CPG environment (cannabis industry experience preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable plans.
  • Experience working with co-manufacturers and managing external production processes.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred) and advanced Excel skills.
