Overview

Working closely with the Director, Planning & Delivery, this role focuses on marketing planning, operations, and measurement, with ad hoc support on production and design as part of the Planning & Delivery team. You will collaborate with teammates on the Planning team, with a primary focus on marketing initiatives.

What You Will Do

  • Leverage relationship management skills to help the Global Marketing team transition to new processes, tools, and enablement assets, with an understanding of change management.
  • Develop internal communications strategies and editorial plans, collaborating with internal colleagues and leadership, ensuring high-quality content and adherence to branding standards.
  • Design internal communications materials such as presentations and newsletters for leadership audiences, with strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Manage operations initiatives, including logistics and project management for in-person Global Marketing team events, content development, and measurement/reporting support.
  • Support the annual planning process in collaboration with senior leaders, utilizing strong project management skills to monitor progress and follow-up.
  • Assist in planning tracking throughout the year, maintaining communication with marketers and aligning team efforts.

What You Bring To The Role

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, planning, or strategy in marketing or communications, preferably in professional services.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to build rapport at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience writing for senior audiences.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint design, and working knowledge of SharePoint and Adobe Workfront.
  • A proactive attitude, personal initiative, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
