Role: Planning and Scheduling Coordinator
Location: Saskatoon, SK
Schedule: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

We are currently seeking a Planning and Scheduling Coordinator to join our dedicated Planning and Scheduling team. In this role, you will be responsible for integrating multiple sources of information into the processes and tools that drive the scheduling and planning of the production of the company’s products. Key Responsibilities
As the Planning and Scheduling Coordinator, you will:
- Utilize the tools, processes and programs necessary to provide the organization with an effective, efficient, and flexible Master Schedule that provides Management and the entire organization with clear and concise insight into the planning, schedule, organizational alignment with the schedule, and organizational performance against the planned schedule.
- Work closely with Sales to understand and coordinate customer driven requirements and expectations.
- Work closely with Engineering to understand and coordinate engineering capacity and requirements to meet the Master Schedule.
- Work closely with Production to understand, coordinate and align available capacity to maximize efficiency and shipments.
- Work closely with Supply Chain Management to understand, coordinate and plan the availability of materials, supplies and services required to support the Master Schedule.
- Hold functional organizations and individuals accountable for the timeliness and accuracy of their inputs to the Master Schedule.
- Work with other departments to assess impacts to the Master Schedule and adjust accordingly.
- Create, manage and close out production orders for internal production orders and vehicles.
- Ensure accurate costing and BoM composition during production order closing.
- Enter and maintain goal hour data.
- Ensure all scheduling related information and documentation is properly stored and managed to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Maintain and report on schedule performance metrics as necessary to ensure transparency of the organization’s performance.
QualificationsAs the Planning and Scheduling Coordinator, you will bring:
- University/College Degree in Business or Science or diploma in a related discipline is an asset
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in Planning and Scheduling is an asset
- Proficient in the use of ERP systems (SAP B1 is an asset)
- Proficient in the use of Integrated Master Scheduling tools and processes is an asset
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office) is an asset.
