Facilities Decommissioning & Environmental Remediation (FD&ER) is responsible for the planning and execution of all activities related to Decommissioning and Environmental Remediation of facilities and lands that have been transferred to FD&ER at CRL. The Planner for FD&ER’s group is accountable to the Project Manager, to ensure that documents, methods, procedures and practices are executed in compliance with company and regulatory procedures. In particular the Planner will ensure that their actions, documents, methods and plans address health, safety, security environmental and quality requirements for CRL Decommissioning and Environmental Remediation activities.
