As a member of our project team, you will handle all aspects of planning and scheduling activities, engaging with internal design teams, external consultants, contractors, and vendors to address and communicate issues that impact schedules. You will review and coordinate schedules to ensure they are realistic and achievable.

As an Intermediate Planner / Scheduler, your main tasks will include:

  1. Develop, maintain, and control large, multi-disciplinary project schedules.
  2. Establish Work Breakdown Structures and Baseline Schedules.
  3. Review schedules from designers and contractors, including updates and earned value reports.
  4. Conduct and present what-if schedule analyses.
  5. Monitor construction schedules against milestones and progress.
  6. Coordinate across large project teams.
  7. Implement best practices for scheduling and integration.
  8. Analyze schedules, identify critical paths, and propose recovery plans.
  9. Identify critical activities and follow-up with teams.
  10. Perform earned value and delay analyses.
  11. Manage schedule-related reports and presentations.
  12. Identify opportunities for process improvements.

We invite applications from candidates with:

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in planning and scheduling major projects, preferably in the energy sector.
  • Experience with Oil and Gas projects is preferred.
  • Experience with large construction projects is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with procurement models.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and optionally Smartsheet, TILOS, and Acumen Fuse.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
  • Relevant certifications (AACE, PMI) are assets.
