About this team:
Global Merchandise Planning supports the Planning &Allocation fuction by being the financial stewards of the Product area. Our team has the eagle-eye view of all planning for Lululemon. We work cross-functionally with Merchandising, Mainline Planning, FP&A, Sourcing, and Product Ops, to provide a company-level view of our growth plans as it relates to Sales, Inventory, and Margin
A day in the life:
This position is responsible for the execution of Initial Mark Up (IMU) reporting and analysis, Markdown & Discount analysis and reporting and includes the optimization and organization of data sets relating to sales and margin.

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this positionis from $96,800-$127,100 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
