Qualifications

  • Plan and coordinate all loads and equipment with Fleet Managers.
  • Coordinate with Customer Service and Dispatch on all commitments.
  • Ensure maximum utilization on all equipment.
  • Communicate with internal departments for all operational needs.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate all loads and equipment with Fleet Managers
  • Coordinate with Customer Service and Dispatch on all commitments (i.e. meeting volume metrics, exceeding the needs of our customers, completing driver requirements)
  • Ensure maximum utilization on all equipment (trucks, trailers, satellite, etc.); tracking trailers to ensure customer needs are met
  • Coordinate trailer maintenance; ensuring property damage is thoroughly investigated and reported
  • Communicate with internal departments (i.e. Maintenance, IT, Compliance, Other planners) for all operational needs
  • Perform other duties as assigned
