Your contributions to the team
  • Plan and manage maintenance, equipment installation, and building projects.
  • Manage and supervise work orders related to site operations.
  • Handle bids and develop repair schedules.
  • Plan, monitor work progress, and produce improvement and prevention reports.
  • Build and develop client relationships and select solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and oversee repair work in the factory.
  • Monitor the budget related to maintenance operations.
How to thrive in this role
  • Technical college training or equivalent education/experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of building equipment.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and ERP systems (Maximo preferred).
  • Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
