Role Overview

The Operations Program Planner will be responsible for planning and reporting on program material logistics, working closely with project managers and engineers to identify and address logistical gaps, and recommending improvements to enhance progress and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Monitor and report changes and approvals in engine Bill of Materials.
  2. Oversee procurement activities, including RFQs and material shortages.
  3. Interface with systems like SAP and PLM for production and engineering demands.
  4. Manage priorities at receiving and inspection to ensure timely delivery.
  5. Coordinate with international support teams for orders and shipments.
  6. Create and track procurement requests.
  7. Support field representatives with material and tooling requests.
  8. Report on risk hardware status and support new program launches.
  9. Track and follow up on materials at inspection and rework stages.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or 5-7 years experience in materials logistics management.
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under stress and make quick decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across levels.
  • Fluent in French and proficient in English for technical documentation and communication.
