Qualifications

• Current CPR Certification required.

• Strong customer service and problem-resolution abilities.
• Solid supervisory, diplomatic and listening skills.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training and developing high-performing staff (Member Service Reps, Trainers, Custodians).
• Help maintain a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests, ensuring top-tier customer service.
• Assist with staff management and provide backup to the Club Manager; support payroll processing.
• Schedule and supervise staff to ensure full shift coverage.
• Ensure staff deliver superior customer experiences at all times; resolve or escalate issues.
• Provide payroll support and related paperwork in a timely manner.
• Lead by example in front desk activities; greet members and assist with check-in and tours.
• Oversee cleanliness and upkeep of facilities; communicate repairs to Facilities team.
• Support marketing efforts and track weekly/monthly statistics; assist with inventory and supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet club needs.
