Taymax Group in Whitby, ON is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to deliver exceptional member experiences at our fitness club. You will greet guests, check in members, answer questions, sign up new members, and assist with tours while maintaining clean, welcoming spaces. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle all front desk related activities including: Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with questions.
• Check members into the system and sign up new members calculating rates and monthly payments.
• Assist the Club Manager in daily cash handling and drawer counts.
• Facilitate updates to member accounts and respond to questions promptly.
• Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the club and assist in cleaning tasks.
