Enabled Talent is seeking a Plain Language and Communication Reviewer to ensure our communications are easily understood. You will review job postings, guides, emails and web copy, rewriting for clarity and flagging disjointed or disrespectful language.

The role emphasizes accessibility formats and clear instructions. The position is part-time (10–20 hours/week) with flexible remote options, reporting to the Marketing Lead.

Qualifications

• Lived experience of disability, learning differences, or navigating services in a second language.
• An ear for when writing is not landing.
• Willingness to cut other people's words.
• No editing qualifications are required.
• No formal education, design experience, or previous professional experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Review what we publish and tell us where it loses the reader.
• Rewrite or suggest clearer wording.
• Flag language that is clinical, vague, or disrespectful.
• Advise on the formats we publish in.
