What you’ll do

We seek a highly experienced Places Site Manager Leader to support our global workforce. This role involves managing workplace operations for a region of Intuit’s real estate portfolio, promoting productivity, engagement, culture, and well-being worldwide. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment with a strong background in facilities management, workplace operations, or hospitality.

What you'll bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in workplace operations, facilities or hospitality management.
  • Experience managing operations in a high-growth tech environment.
  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel internationally as needed.

  • Develop and implement workplace strategies aligned with global goals, focusing on employee experience and efficiency.
  • Lead and manage vendor partners across your portfolio.

  • Manage events, food services, transportation, and regional services to meet global standards.
  • Create and maintain SOPs for safety, emergency response, and business continuity.

Space Planning

Sustainability and Innovation
  • Implement sustainability initiatives and explore innovative workplace technologies.
Budget and Vendor Management
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, vendor relationships, and performance metrics.

Intuit offers a competitive salary range for this role: $146,500 - $198,500 in the Bay Area, CA, with bonuses, equity, and benefits. Pay is based on experience, skills, and location.
