Job Description

A Pizza Maker is responsible for producing Roman-style pizza alla pala according to our authentic Italian recipes. Reports to the Sous Chef Manager.

• Prepares pizzas according to specific recipes
• Ensures all portion sizes, quality standards, and policies are followed
• Maintains a clean and sanitary food production area in compliance with health standards
• Works towards mastering all shifts in pizza production
• Assists Sales Associates and engages with guests interested in learning about pizza making
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a back-of-house production role
• Strong work ethic, good communication, and time management skills

Job Requirements

• Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for at least 8 hours
• Experience working with wood-burning ovens, electric pizza convection ovens, and commercial spiral mixers
