Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook complete meals while carefully adopting and following recipes
• A solid grasp of food preparation, cooking temperatures, safe food storage and general food safety regulations
• Maintain a professional, respectful demeanour with kitchen staff
• Keep workspace clean and organized and follow food safety procedure
• Ensure proper stocking of food items and fill all necessary paperwork as needed

Requirements:

• 3+ year experience
• Completion of secondary school
• Physically capable of lifting and carrying heavy items and standing for long periods of time
• Able to work under pressure, produce results, handle numerous tasks at once
• Team player, able to work in close conditions with other people
• Knowledge and understanding of health and safety regulations
• Able to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekend

Working Condition:

• Must be able to work overtime, including weekends, statutory holidays, and nights as needed
