Job summary

Klick Health in Toronto is seeking a Pitch Manager to strengthen the Growth team’s operational backbone for high‑impact new business pitches. You’ll guide timelines, ensure clarity, and keep cross‑functional teams aligned from start to finish.

Coordinate end‑to‑end pitch activities with Growth Leads, build milestones, organize meetings, and maintain accurate trackers (Salesforce). Some travel across US and Canada may be required; a valid passport is essential.

• 3-5 years of project management, pitch coordination, or operations experience.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Job Description

As a Pitch Manager, this role supports the operational backbone of high-impact new business pitches. It brings structure, clarity, and calm to fast-moving workstreams while enabling cross-functional teams to collaborate effectively. The Pitch Manager guides timelines, communications, and workflows to ensure every pitch runs smoothly from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate end-to-end pitch activities in partnership with Growth Leads and cross-functional teams
• Build and manage timelines with clear milestones, adjusting proactively as plans evolve
• Organize key meetings and ensure participants are prepared with the right context and materials
• Support alignment on roles, deliverables, and next steps across creative, strategy, client, and delivery teams
• Maintain accurate trackers and systems, including Salesforce, to support reliable submissions and reporting

Qualifications

Required:

• 3-5 years of project management, pitch coordination, or operations experience
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Clear, concise, and proactive communication skills
• Proven ability to stay grounded and solution-oriented under pressure
• Comfort navigating ambiguity while keeping teams aligned
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack, and Salesforce
• Ability to travel as needed throughout the US and Canada
• Valid passport for cross-border travel
• Agency or consulting experience
• Experience supporting high-stakes or fast-paced workflows
• Ability to identify risks and offer practical solutions
• Familiarity with collaboration and workflow tooling
• Interest in continuous improvement of processes and systems
• Comfort integrating AI into day-to-day work

This role offers a base salary of $80,000-$95,000 CAD with the opportunity to earn additional incentive compensation based on team, company, and/or individual performance.
