Job summary

Ledcor Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to oversee QA/QC activities on a fast-paced industrial project site.

You will manage documentation, ensure adherence to quality processes, and support the Project QA/QC Manager in implementing robust quality standards. You are a problem solver with attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement, helping ensure the highest level of quality on-site.

Qualifications

• CWB Level II Welding Inspector certification required.
• Minimum 4 years of related QA/QC experience.
• Experience managing quality procedures and processes.
• Ability to inspect to approved ITPs and code requirements.
• Ability to interpret CSA W59 and ASME B31.3/B31.1.
• Familiar with SMAW and GTAW welding processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and walkdown piping system for turnover
• Coordinate inspections and provide status update
• Perform welding visual inspections of pressure piping and structural installations
• Coordinate hydro test tracking and coordination
• Coordinate Welding NDE tracking program and data entry
• Coordinate PWHT to code specifications, evaluate charts
• Identify process improvements

• Able to interpret ASME weld procedures, know differences for welding carbon, stainless, chrome steels
• Familiar with welding processes SMAW, GTAW
