FLINT is hiring a Journeyperson Pipefitter for a casual, on-call role based in Winnipeg, MB. The position requires a minimum of 5 years' experience in oil and gas projects, a valid Journeyperson Steamfitter-Pipefitter certificate, and mandatory safety tickets (H2S Alive, Confined Space Entry, Fall Protection).

Candidates must have reliable transportation, a valid license with a clean abstract, and the ability to pass drug and alcohol testing as this is a safety sensitive role.

We're currently hiring a Journeyperson Pipefitter for a casual, on call role in Winnipeg MB, November 9th - December 31st, 2026.

Minimum 5 years' experience in O&G required.

Valid Journeyperson Steamfitter-Pipefitter certificate/ticket.

Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:

• H2S Alive
• Confined Space Entry
• Fall Protection

Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.

Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.

Must have own reliable transportation to site.

Valid driver's license and clean 5-year Driver's Abstract with under 6 demerits.

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
