The Diocese of Carlisle is looking for a

Pioneer Enabler Team Leader

To join our God for All Team in Penrith who will

  • Support and supervise a team of Pioneer Practitioner Enablers
  • Support the growth of new and existing church congregations
  • Contribute to Pioneer networks across Cumbria
  • Have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Be confident managing a diverse team around funding expectations and outcomes
  • Have a mature, committed Christian faith and be able to engage with the breadth of the church in Cumbria

This post is subject to an occupational requirement that the postholder be a practising Christian under Part 1 of Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010

This post will require the successful applicant to satisfactorily complete an Enhanced DBS.
