Job summary

Job description

  • Employment: Permanent

  • Aircraft: Pilatus PC-24
  • License Required: ATPL (TCCA)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP: Level 4+
  • Covid-19 Vaccination: Required where permitted by applicable law

As a PC-24 Captain, you will command a capable, go-anywhere light jet and uphold a safety-first culture on every sector. You’ll execute flight operations to exacting standards, apply deep knowledge of Canadian regulations, and deliver a polished customer experience across diverse missions—including charter, corporate, and, where applicable, air ambulance support.

  • Plan, brief, and conduct IFR/VFR operations in accordance with company SOPs and TCCA regulations.
  • Perform flight risk assessments, performance and weight-and-balance calculations, and weather/NOTAM analysis.
  • Exercise PIC authority with sound operational judgment, exemplary CRM, and proactive decision-making.
  • Maintain airworthiness compliance, documentation accuracy, and timely reporting within the company SMS.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with dispatch, maintenance, and—where applicable—medical teams to ensure mission readiness and on-time performance.
  • Support training, checking, and continuous improvement initiatives to elevate safety and service.
  • Total Time: 2,500 hours
  • In Type (PC-24): 100 hours
  • Type Rating: Required (PC-24)
  • License: ATPL — TCCA accepted
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Language Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Transport Canada regulations
  • Travel: Valid passport and able to travel abroad unrestricted
  • Driver’s License: Valid
  • Airside Access: Able to obtain Driving Airside License (D/A)
  • Security: Able to obtain and maintain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC)
  • Background Checks: Clear current Criminal Record, Child Abuse Registry, and Vulnerable Sector checks
  • Asset: MEDEVAC / Air Ambulance operations
  • Demonstrated leadership as PIC in complex, multi-sector operations
  • Strong customer service mindset and polished communication
  • Proficiency with modern FMS, avionics, and EFB workflows
