Pigment Solutions Architect for FP&A Transformation

Job summary

SystemsAccountants, in partnership with a global EPM consultancy, seeks a Pigment Solution Architect to join its Pigment delivery capability. You will shape technology-enabled FP&A transformations for clients and act as the Solution Architect on projects, leading model builders and building platform roadmaps.

You will mentor junior consultants, lead strategic engagements for high-value accounts, and design Pigment-based solutions for planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7+ years of consulting or EPM implementation experience.
• Hands-on Pigment implementation experience or Pigment certification.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, reporting, and consolidation processes.
• Proven ability to lead client engagements and manage delivery teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a client-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Solution Architect on client engagements, leading model builders and delivery teams.
• Build out platform roadmaps aligned to client planning and reporting goals.
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand client planning processes and align them to Pigment's capabilities.
• Design, configure, and implement Pigment-based solutions for planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and facilitate solution workshops.
• Partner with sales, product, and customer success teams to support pre-sales and post-sale delivery.
• Lead strategic engagements for high-value accounts with complex reporting needs.
• Develop client-facing deliverables including project plans, functional/technical specs, and presentations.
• Lead and mentor consultants, supporting knowledge transfer and professional development.
