WHO YOU ARE

You are an accomplished pickleball player and coach who knows how to teach, lead, and engage a group.

Required:

• Pickleball Level 1 coaching certification
• Proven experience coaching or leading group pickleball clinics
• Strong technical knowledge and playing experience
• Excellent communication and group leadership skills
• Professional, reliable, and organized approach

Preferred:

• Currently competing as a professional or high-level competitive pickleball player
• Active participation in sanctioned tournaments and competitive play
• Experience coaching players across multiple skill levels
• Additional pickleball coaching certifications or professional designations

We are particularly interested in candidates who are actively competing, as we value coaches who are immersed in the current competitive game and can bring that knowledge directly to our members.
