Lifemark Seniors Wellness has an exciting opportunity for a Physiotherapist ADP Authorized to join our growing team!

Location: Welland, ON

Start date: Immediate

Hours: 26 hours/week

In this role you will:

  1. Perform clinical assessments and implement treatment plans for clients
  2. Provide ongoing evaluation of client progress
  3. Administer and collect outcome measurement information
  4. Participate in quality improvement initiatives
  5. Communicate with appropriate referral sources and stakeholders
  6. Engage in continuous learning and skills development
  7. Have fun, and contribute to a positive patient experience

Qualifications:

  1. Registered with the Provincial College of Physiotherapists
  2. A graduate of a recognized university Physiotherapy degree program
  3. ADP authorization is required
  4. A valid Vulnerable Sector screening check (within 6 months)
  5. Proof of Tuberculin (2-Step Mantoux Test) clearance
