Qualifications

• Graduation from a recognized university program in Physiotherapy.
• Current licensure in BC as a Physiotherapist.
• Eligible for membership in the Canadian Physiotherapy Association (CPA).
• Knowledge of physiotherapy modalities, quality improvement, and hospital operations.
• Five years' recent related experience, including two years in supervisory/management capacity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation and supervision of Physiotherapy staff.
• Provide clinical leadership and participate in program planning, delivery, and evaluation.
• Contribute to annual objectives setting and budget input.
• Collaborate with site managers to ensure efficient, client-centred care.
• Travel may be required; transportation arrangements must meet operational needs.
