Closing the Gap Healthcare (CTG) is dedicated to providing Canadians with the highest level of care across a wide range of home and community settings.

We are seeking a dedicated Home and Community Physiotherapist to join our team in Toronto. As a vital member of our healthcare organization, you will be responsible for providing specialized physiotherapy care to individuals in the comfort of their own homes and within the community.

We have a Full Time and Part Time opportunity available.

The successful Physiotherapist will:

  • Have current active registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario in good standing.
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
  • Have a valid Driver’s License (G2/G) and a reliable insured vehicle.
  • Have vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) within 12 months of hire (or in process), with a current Criminal Records Check.
  • Preferably be an ADP Authorizer.
