A regional healthcare provider in Kamloops is seeking a Physiotherapist to join an inter-professional care team. The role includes client assessments, integrated care planning, and ongoing monitoring. Ideal candidates should have a degree in Physiotherapy and the ability to collaborate effectively with various healthcare professionals. This position is on a casual basis, with shifts typically varying between days and evenings.
Join us in supporting North Hills Primary Care where our interdisciplinary team provides a range of services in a coordinated approach to healthcare. Primary Health Care offers clients to receive the right care by the right provider, when and where they need it. Shifts will vary between days and evenings 07:50 to 19:00 on a casual as needed basis, therefore hours are not guaranteed and may vary depending on staffing needs.

In this position the Physiotherapist is responsible for working in collaboration with an inter-professional care team and defined network of PCN Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Nursing and other members of the Allied Health team. The goal is to conduct integrated care planning, offer client assessments/clinic visits and provide ongoing monitoring and self-management support follow-up for clients (i.e. adults, seniors, pediatrics) and/or those with multiple chronic conditions, either in an individual or group setting and often directly within the Physician/Nurse Practitioner.
