Job Summary:
This role will provide physiotherapy assessment and treatment services to the Complex Continuing Care unit, Slow Stream Rehabilitation, Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation High-Tolerance areas, Behavioral Neurology and Ambulatory Services -Day Treatment Centre/ICCT. The physiotherapist will work as an integral part of an inter-professional team to help patients attain maximum physical and functional goals to support return to living in the community as independently as possible. Reporting directly to the Manager & Interprofessional Practice Chief- Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy & Therapeutic Recreation, the physiotherapist will also communicate and collaborate with Clinical Unit Managers to facilitate optimum patient care delivery.
