As a key member of this dynamic new team, you will have the autonomy to design and implement individualized care plans that directly address the physical challenges your patients face, helping them restore mobility, strength, and function. Your unique role is to empower individuals to regain their independence and improve their quality of life, enabling them to live safely and happily in their own homes and communities. Working closely with an interdisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to apply your expertise to create real, lasting impact. What You Need to Succeed:

  • Registered in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
  • Ability to travel from home to home within the community- a valid driver’s license, vehicle and car insurance is required
  • A commitment to person and family-centered care
  • Passion, empathy, and critical thinking in client decision-making
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team while working independently
