You will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive physical therapy in acute care services. Workdays are Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 16:30.
This position is eligible for a relocation allowance.
Responsibilities include providing acute care coverage in medical, surgical, ICU units, and the Emergency Department as needed. You will work both independently and collaboratively, conducting assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and educating clients and caregivers. You will promote functional independence and well-being, providing direction to Rehabilitation Assistants to ensure coordinated care within the team.
