Price Health has an amazing opportunity for a Physiotherapist to join our team. We are eagerly looking for the right person to step in to join our clinic and maintain a practice. One of our amazing physiotherapists is leaving to move out west.

We are looking for a caring and professional therapist to join a busy, active clinic and instantly excel as an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team.

As part of Price Health you will be working with a team of physiotherapists, chiropractors, massage therapists, kinesiologists and personal trainers in a collaborative effort to provide the best care possible for our community.

We are a young, dynamic and energetic team who places high value on growth and development. We provide continuous mentorship with experienced practitioners to help you develop your treatment skills, communication, and patient management strategies so you can continue to grow as a practitioner! While we strongly value teamwork, we also realize that autonomy is essential to job satisfaction.

Price Health has been serving families and athletes in the community for 22 years and has a wonderful reputation, receiving the Waterloo Region Record Reader Award for favourite Physiotherapy and Chiropractic clinic multiple times since 2013! We also have an award winning administrative team that provides warm, welcoming and positive energy in our modern and spacious health clinic.

The practitioner works 25 hours a week, and takes home six figures. There is room for increased growth if motivated.

Position Overview

As a Physiotherapist at our clinic, you'll provide exceptional care to diverse patients, helping them achieve their rehabilitation goals and improve their quality of life. You'll work alongside our experienced healthcare professionals in a modern, well-equipped facility while also serving our vibrant community.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions using various therapeutic techniques
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in patient education and injury prevention programs
• Contribute to clinic development and quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records
• Engage in continuous professional development

Required Qualifications

• A degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution
• Current registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
• Professional liability insurance
• Strong manual therapy skills and evidence-based practice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Commitment to patient-centered care
• Proficiency in clinical documentation and EMR systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional certifications in specialized treatment areas (e.g., manual therapy, acupuncture, sports therapy)
• Experience with diverse patient populations
• Knowledge of current physiotherapy research and best practices
