Job description

At Tall Tree, you'll join an award-winning clinic focused on exceptional integrated healthcare. We're a diverse team that is endlessly nerdy— we love learning, teaching, and keeping up to date with the latest research. We're the most multidisciplinary and comprehensive team in private healthcare in BC; we put each client at the center of this with our goal to match everyone with the right clinician or team of clinicians. We take pride in our passionate clinicians, inspiring and uplifting facilities, high-quality health services, and exceptional customer service. We're committed to delivering healthcare in the best possible way— and we have a singular culture of respect, warmth, curiosity and enthusiasm that makes being a part of the Tall Tree team something to be truly proud of.

Join a Team Obsessed with Best Practice, Growth, and Enjoying the Work We Do

Come be part of a team that's unapologetically nerdy about best practice, lifelong learning, and having fun while doing it. As a Physiotherapist at Tall Tree, you'll join a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment where mentorship, growth, and clinical excellence are at the heart of everything we do. One of our core values is constant improvement—and we live it out through weekly Lunch & Learns, "Papers & Pints" research nights, the annual Tall Tree Summit and built-in mentorship and peer learning!

You’ll be responsible for providing assessment and treatment services for clients with a variety of musculoskeletal concerns, persistent pain, and chronic health conditions.

Compensation

Physiotherapists working full-time (5 days per week) can expect to earn around $90,000-$130,000+ annually, depending on caseload and hours.

The fee split for this role ranges from 54% to 64%, depending on experience and qualifications.

Hours

We have a variety of day and evening shifts (including a Saturday day shift) available across both our Cordova Bay and Panorama Recreation Centre Locations, and are happy to work with you to build your ideal schedule.

As a Physiotherapist, you will:
  • Conduct clinical assessments, treatments, and collaborative treatment planning for clients presenting with musculoskeletal conditions, persistent pain, neurological conditions, and/or mobility challenges related to aging or chronic disease.
  • Deliver exceptional care that is evidence-based, psychologically informed, and rooted in patient goals and values.
  • Collaborate with our team of kinesiologists, psychologists, clinical counsellors, and other health professionals to support integrated care when appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with professional standards and to support multidisciplinary collaboration.
  • Keep growing. You'll stay current with the latest evidence, findings, trends, and developments to ensure clients receive the best possible care, and attend other educational opportunities available at Tall Tree.
Requirements
We're looking for someone who is:
  • A Registered Physiotherapist (or soon to be registered) in good standing with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia.
  • Clinically excellent, with a strong foundation in evidence-based practice, a commitment to ongoing development, and a deep respect for the individuality of each client's experience.
  • Growth-oriented, with a passion for learning and a willingness to explore new methods and ideas in service delivery.
  • A skilled communicator, able to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team and communicate clearly, empathetically, and confidently with clients.
  • Passionate about teaching and mentorship, eager to share knowledge and contribute to the learning culture at Tall Tree.
  • Curious and humble, showing up with openness, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to delivering care that makes a difference.
Benefits
  • Strong Administrative Support: Our incredible admin team handles reception, booking, billing, invoicing, and patient communication so you can focus on patient care.
  • Great Tools: Access Jane for booking, charting, scheduling - anytime, anywhere. We also provide free access to Jane AI tools to make charting faster and easier.
  • Dedicated Marketing team: Our in-house marketing team helps run advertising, promotion, and supports you to build your dream caseload.
  • Onboarding support like no other: Structured onboarding plans to help you ramp up your caseload, connect with the team, and feel confident delivering the kind of patient-centered care we strive for
  • Mentorship & Collaboration: Work alongside experienced clinicians and participate in mentorship, clinical workshops, and discipline-specific meetings where we share knowledge and discuss cases.
  • Ongoing Learning: Join Lunch & Learns, journal clubs, and guest speaker sessions led by our Director of Education & Learning. You'll also have access to discounted or complimentary courses through AMP Healthcare.
  • Professional Development: Grow as a leader or educator through our Leadership Development Program and opportunities to lead workshops or share your expertise.
  • Performance-Based Recognition: Our Senior Clinician Program recognizes clinical excellence and offers a pathway to increase your service pricing as your expertise grows.
  • Beautiful Clinics: Work in thoughtfully designed clinics that create a welcoming space for patients and a great environment for clinicians.
  • Community & Connection: Connect with colleagues through social events, learning sessions, and our annual Team Summit.

Studies show that women and other marginalized groups often hesitate to apply unless they meet every requirement. If this role feels like a great fit but you don't check every single box, we encourage you to apply anyway! We're committed to building an inclusive, diverse team and hire based on talent and potential.
