Our occupational therapy team benefits from 1:1 mentorship, including report review and optional drop-in office hours, as well as a comprehensive onboarding program designed for both new graduates and clinicians new to private practice. You'll have the opportunity to participate in weekly OT team meetings, where we unpack complex cases, share new interventions, and learn from guest speakers. Our monthly Lunch & Learns, curated by our in‑house Director of Education & Learning, cover topics such as neuroplasticity and functional recovery, motivational interviewing in rehab, and advances in concussion management. Each year, we also gather for a staff retreat—part healthcare TED Talk, part lakeside recharge. Plus, through our sister company, AMP Healthcare, you'll have access to discounted or free continuing education courses to keep your practice evolving.
As an Occupational Therapist at Tall Tree, you'll play a crucial role in redefining healthcare to prioritize holistic well-being and individualized care. You will deliver high-quality assessment and treatment services to clients facing a range of challenges—from mental health issues and physical injuries to brain injuries and work disabilities. Working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team and providing services in our clinic, community settings, and through telehealth, you'll craft personalized therapeutic plans that truly reflect the unique needs of each individual. This is a unique opportunity for a dedicated professional who believes in doing healthcare the way it should be done—by focusing on genuine connections, effective solutions, and the overall health of the individuals we serve.
Full‑time (5 days per week) community‑based therapists have the opportunity to earn $118,000-$130,000+ annually, along with a signing bonus of up to $5,000. The fee split for this role ranges from 52% to 62%, depending on experience and qualifications.
