Job summary

Tall Tree Health in British Columbia is seeking a Registered Physiotherapist to join a multidisciplinary clinic focused on integrated healthcare and ultimate patient outcomes.

As part of our collaborative team, you will assess and treat a variety of musculoskeletal issues, work with occupational therapists, kinesiologists, psychologists and counsellors, and contribute to a learning culture with ongoing education and research involvement.

Qualifications

• Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia.
• Strong foundation in evidence-based practice and patient-centered care.
• Willingness to participate in mentorship, teaching, and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and treatments for musculoskeletal conditions, persistent pain, and chronic health issues.

You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, kinesiologists, psychologists, counsellors, and more—to deliver coordinated, high-quality care to a diverse range of clients.

You’ll be responsible for providing assessment and treatment services for clients with a variety of musculoskeletal concerns, persistent pain, and chronic health conditions.

Compensation:
Physiotherapists working full-time (5 days per week) can expect to earn around $90,000-$130,000+ annually.

The fee split for this role ranges from 54% to 64%, depending on experience and qualifications.

Hours:
We are open to someone looking for part time, full time, or for someone who is looking to build their availability to full time over time. We have shifts available Monday through Thursday from 2:00 - 8:00pm and Saturdays from 8:30 - 3:30pm. The expected start date for this position will be January 2027.

As a Physiotherapist, you will:

• Conduct clinical assessments, treatments, and collaborative treatment planning for clients presenting with musculoskeletal conditions, persistent pain, neurological conditions, and/or mobility challenges related to aging or chronic disease.

• Deliver exceptional care that is evidence-based, psychologically informed, and rooted in patient goals and values.

• Collaborate with our team of kinesiologists, psychologists, clinical counsellors, and other health professionals to support integrated care when appropriate.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with professional standards and to support multidisciplinary collaboration.

• Keep growing. You’ll stay current with the latest evidence, findings, trends, and developments to ensure clients receive the best possible care, and attend other educational opportunities available at Tall Tree.

• A Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia.

• Clinically excellent, with a strong foundation in evidence-based practice, a commitment to ongoing development, and a deep respect for the individuality of each client’s experience.

• Experience treating concussions is considered an asset. If you don’t have this experience, Tall Tree will support you with training and mentorship in specialized services such as concussion care.
