SE Health seeks a Physiotherapist for a permanent full-time role on the Medicine Unit at Cortellucci Vaughan Hospital. You will assess patients, set goals, and implement client-centered treatment plans in home and community settings. A collaborative, supportive rehab team will guide you.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physiotherapy program and member in good standing of the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.

Requirements

• A graduate of an accredited program in Physiotherapy and are a member in good standing of the College of Physiotherapist of Ontario
• Experience in managing patients inacute/rehab environments
• Reliable, flexible, creative, self-directed professional, able to work effectively and collaboratively with rehab assistants as well as with a high-performance interdisciplinary rehabilitation team
• Sound knowledge of community resources is an asset
• Effective interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• A positive work and attendance record is essential
• Ability to adapt to new computer applications
