Job summary

Active Management Inc. is seeking a licensed physiotherapist to join the clinical team on a part-time basis in the Toronto area. The role focuses on delivering patient-centered care, designing individualized treatment plans, and streamlining clinical billing and documentation.

The successful candidate will conduct assessments, provide manual therapy and guided exercises, and ensure accurate progress notes while managing insurance submissions and billing within a multidisciplinary team framework.

Qualifications

• Education and license to practice in good standing with the local regulatory college.
• Experience with physiotherapy billing, insurance claims, and clinic management software.
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and establish targeted treatment plans.
• Deliver hands-on manual therapy and guided therapeutic exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate, timely daily clinical records and patient progress notes.
• Oversee end-to-end physiotherapy billing, claim submissions, and direct insurance processing for treated patients.
• Partner with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to drive optimal patient recovery and satisfaction.
