Job summary

Frey Consulting Group is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to provide rehabilitation services to Residents in Ontario on a part-time temporary basis. The role involves equipment recommendations and staff education, as well as serving as a resource for residents and families.

The position runs October 27, 2026 to November 6, 2026, at 10 hours per home per week, with a competitive compensation package. Applicants must be registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, have VSC

Qualifications

• Registered physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
• VSC clearance completed or obtainable upon hire.
• Vaccinations up-to-date including influenza, MMR, DTaP, varicella and TB test.
• Experience in musculoskeletal and neurological rehab with functional outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Implement, monitor, and modify equipment for seating, positioning, safety, and function.
• Provide in-house staff education on adaptive equipment and ergonomic setup.

Summary

We require a skilled Physiotherapist to provide rehabilitation services to Residents. You will also be responsible for providing recommendations and equipment prescription for Residents including serving as a resource and educator to the Home’s staff and Residents/Families regarding equipment recommendations. Key Responsibilities

• Implement, monitor, and modify equipment to achieve Resident/Family goals in the areas of seating and positioning, equipment use and safety, and strategies to improve function
• Provide in-house staff education sessions on topics such as adaptive equipment and ergonomic set-up for staff injury prevention, as required

Qualifications

• Registrant in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
• Completion of satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) upon hire
• Up-to-date on required vaccinations, including influenza vaccine (or commitment to take anti-viral medications in case of an outbreak), MMR, DTaP, varicella, and TB skin test
• Knowledge/experience in evidence-based musculoskeletal and neurological practice, with a strong emphasis on functional outcomes
• Superior communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Caring and compassionate in all interactions with Residents and Families
