Okanagan Health & Performance (OHP) is a multidisciplinary clinic based in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada. Our focus is on delivering top-notch health and wellness services to the community for the last 23 years.

Role Description

We are looking for a experienced or new physiotherapist to take on overflow, new and waitlisted patients. This is a full-time or part time role. The Physiotherapist will assess, diagnose, and treat musculoskeletal conditions and injuries. Daily tasks include developing treatment plans, providing manual therapy, guiding rehabilitation exercises, and educating patients on injury prevention and wellness. The Physiotherapist will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Additionally, the role involves maintaining accurate patient records and staying current with industry advancements. We are looking for someone to work afternoons, Friday and a short Saturday.

Qualifications

• Assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning skills
• Proficiency in manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate patient records
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Registered and in good standing with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia
• Experience in a clinical setting is a plus
• Up-to-date with current physiotherapy best practices and continuing education

- IMS/ needling is considered a strong assest
