Eramosa Physiotherapy Associates (EPA) are a group of physiotherapist-owned clinics with 9 locations, around Guelph and surrounding areas. Over the past 27 + years, EPA has been providing evidence -based care, with an emphasis on manual therapy and exercise through our unique approach, Your Path to Improved Health. Our affiliate Guelph-Bullfrog Mall clinic is looking to hire a full-time physiotherapist with the opportunity to have a mixed orthopedic/pelvic caseload.

Required Competencies – Registered member, in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. Physiotherapy Residents are welcome to apply!

Our ideal Physiotherapists will have graduated from an accredited School of Physiotherapy, be registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, and bring at least 1 year of clinical experience. However, we are also happy to consider Candidates looking to expand their skills into Pelvic Health or New Grads, provided that a commitment is given to complete the Pelvic Health courses. EPA will also fund the Level 1 Pelvic course or reimburse for the successful candidate. If you are a New PT Grad looking to start your clinical profession, contact us today.

What EPA offers to new graduates:

  • OCE prep course with mock exam and/or resources (dependant on time of year hired)
  • Provisional Practice Supervision with 1:1 weekly mentoring session
  • Paid Foundational Ortho Physio Rounds
  • Paid Foundational Pelvic Health Rounds
  • Option of Pediatric physio mentoring (if population is applicable in your caseload)
  • Paid 20 min blocks in your schedule to help you with time management over your first 12 weeks
  • Guaranteed minimum of 5 new assessments per week to help build your schedule
  • Guaranteed salary position for a minimum of x1 month while building your schedule
  • An employee position paid as an hourly rate, so you do not have to worry about holes or ‘no shows’

What EPA offers to all its Full-time Physiotherapists (pro-rated for hours for part-time staff):

  • A 27+year history of being Physiotherapist owned & operated. We boast 9 locations, including the Guelph Women’s Health Associates (GWHA) and representing the physiotherapy at the University of Guelph’s Health and Performance Centre and 40+ seasoned & supportive physiotherapists, with credentials such as FCAMPT and highly trained pelvic health. concussion management, sport, and pediatric expertise
  • Competitive total compensation package which includes vacation pay, paid statutory holidays, fitness allowance, sick days, and at 3 years with EPA, the ability to start participating in the company pension plan
  • Vacation time that has the option to grows from the standard of 2 weeks to 3 weeks at 2 years of experience and 4 weeks at 7 years' experience
  • 30 min paid chart time per shift
