At Simpson Physiotherapy, we do things differently.

We’re an independent neurological physio service offering home-based and clinic-based rehab across Greater Glasgow. You’ll have the time, space and support to do the job you trained for — working with clients who want your help, building strong therapeutic relationships, and seeing people genuinely progress with your support. You’ll also have the opportunity to be part of our PD Warrior class , helping people with Parkinson’s stay active, motivated, and independent.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You :

• Feel like you're not using your full skillset and want that to change
• Have HCPC and CSP registration
• Have 2 years post-grad experience (Experienced Band 5)
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car for work
• Want to work closely with clients and see them progress
• Believe in the power of proper rehab — not just checklists and leaflets
• Are fun, motivated, and committed to doing great work

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver hands-on physiotherapy to clients with a wide range of neurological conditions
• Manage a caseload split between clinic and home visits
• Build strong relationships and design effective, individualised rehab plans
• Lead or support PD Warrior classes
• Collaborate with physio, sports therapy and SLT colleagues across our MDT
• Take part in regular CPD, team development, and service improvement work
