Job summary

Cedar Chiropractic & Physiotherapy in Burnaby, BC, is seeking an entry-level physiotherapy assistant. The position is on-site and suitable for individuals with no prior experience, as training is provided. The role supports physiotherapy programs and patient care under supervision.

You will assist in assessing patients, coordinating treatment plans, and maintaining records, while collaborating with other health professionals. Licensure by provincial authorities is encouraged and recognized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities may be required for practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical abilities.
• Plan physiotherapy programs.
• Select appropriate exercises, apparatus and manipulations.
• Maintain clinical and progress reports.
• Confer with other health professionals.
