The Allied Health Services (AHS) team, under Professional Practice, consists of regulated healthcare professionals including Nursing, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, Social Work, Registered Dietitians, Respiratory Therapy, as well as unregulated Rehabilitation Assistants. Each discipline focuses on driving evidence-informed practice to promote high-quality patient and family-centered care.
The team has a Professional Practice Leader (PPL) model for each regulated allied health discipline, promoting and enhancing the interprofessional team. Each discipline has its own PPL with dedicated time to strengthen communities of practice, represent their disciplines at committees, create policies & procedures, and lead corporate initiatives.

We are currently seeking a temporary part-time Physiotherapist (0.6FTE) until approximately October 15, 2026, to support our high-intensity inpatient rehabilitation team.
The successful candidate will work with an interdisciplinary team to support high-intensity rehab for persons with stroke (following stroke best practice guidelines, intensity, and treatments) and other non-stroke diagnoses.
