Position Overview
Calian Health is looking for an Undersea Medicine Physician Specialist to support the Canadian Armed Forces either on-site at their Toronto outpatient clinic or remotely. Working as part of a specialized team, the physician will provide expert consultation to military primary care doctors and assess the health of CAF members, especially those involved in diving operations.
This role involves working in demanding environments, including extended time in hyperbaric chambers. Responsibilities also include advising on medical policies, conducting research, supporting personnel selection and fitness evaluations, and teaching Undersea Medicine courses.

Qualifications
Licensed to practice medicine in the province / territory of employment.
Plus one of the following :
Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (Heart and Stroke Foundation standard).
Completed or willing / able to complete the Canadian Forces Advanced Diving Medicine Officer course.
