This position will work in Haverhill, Methuen, and Newburyport.
As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will treat patients requiring physical therapy under the direction of a Physical Therapist. Your responsibilities include reviewing patient evaluations and test results, interviewing patients, performing physical examinations, and recommending options and courses of action to physical therapists. You will also provide information on growth and development, and promote wellness and health maintenance.
Education: Associate's Degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant is required.
Licenses and Credentials: Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state.
Additional Certifications: Passenger Vehicle Driver's License (state-specific), Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from any recognized issuer preferred.
Internship or apprenticeship experience is preferred.
