Overview

AS THE PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT, you'll provide physical therapy services under the direction of the physical therapist or lead physical therapist to home health patients in their place of residence according to the physician’s plan of care.

Qualifications

Other information:

  • Be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy assistant program with either an Associate’s degree in science or applied science that is approved by American Physical Therapy Association, Inc.
  • Be licensed to practice as a physical therapy assistant in the State of Pennsylvania
  • Have appropriate experience as a physical therapy assistant
  • Have Home Health experience, preferred
  • Have ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
  • Demonstrates good verbal and written communication and organization skills
  • Have valid driver’s license required
