Physical Therapist (PT) - Las Colinas Post Acute (Healthcare)

Join our team at Las Colinas Post-Acute! Our 196-bed skilled nursing facility is located in Ontario, CA. We strive to provide the BEST care in a safe and inviting environment. If you're looking to make a difference in the lives of our senior population, we want to meet you!

Pay: From $49 per hour + DOE

Qualifications:
  1. Language Skills: Ability to read technical procedures, policy, and procedure manuals. Effective communication with managers, coworkers, and families.
  2. Mathematical Skills: Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.
  3. Reasoning Ability: Problem-solving skills and ability to interpret instructions in various formats.
  4. Licenses and Certifications: Active Physical Therapist license in the state, maintaining good standing, and meeting continuing education requirements.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; Master's or Doctorate preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Casamba and Point Click Care.
  • Experience in post-acute or long-term care settings (preferred).
  • Current, unencumbered Colorado Physical Therapy License.
  • CPR certification (as required).
  • Valid, unrestricted CA driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
