Qualifications

Job Summary: The Physical Therapist (PT) provides comprehensive physical therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and interventions within an interdisciplinary setting, adhering to professional standards and ethical practices.

Licenses and Certifications: Must hold and maintain a current, valid state PT license or certification. Current CPR certification is preferred.

Qualifications: Education: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Experience: 0-1 years.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to evaluate patients’ physical conditions and rehabilitation needs.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with therapeutic exercises and modalities.
  • Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, and management strategies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for comprehensive care.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
