• Schedule: 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. M-F with rotating weekends and holidays
• Facility: Holy Family Medical Center
• Location: 100 North River Rd, Des Plaines, IL 60016

Responsibilities

Provide medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services to restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary, and/or integumentary disorders. The Physical Therapist I performs duties in accordance with hospital policies, and complies with state and federal licensing and accreditation requirements.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, Doctorate, or Certificate degree in Physical Therapy
• Current state Physical Therapy license
• Current BCLS (AHA) certification upon hire, maintained current
• Preferred: 1 year of acute care experience
