Eligibility:
The Physical Therapist performs evaluations, develops treatment plans, and executes treatments to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability following disease, injury, or loss of a body part. They help patients reach their maximum performance according to the Plan of Care prescribed by the provider, providing care based on standards established by the American Physical Therapy Association.
