Job Overview:

Responsible for the evaluation and treatment of patients in the outpatient setting. Strong teamwork, communication, and documentation skills are required for intra-disciplinary and interdisciplinary communication.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy at the baccalaureate or post-baccalaureate level
• New Jersey board license and registration
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association

Preferred:

• Active membership in a professional organization (encouraged but not required)

Scheduling Requirements:

This is a full-time day position with some evening hours. Weekends are not required.

Essential Functions:

• Evaluation and treatment of patients in the acute care setting.
• Patient and family intervention across various units including orthopedics, neurology, neurosurgery, oncology, cardiac, critical care, trauma, general medicine, telemetry, emergency, and pediatrics.
• Effective teamwork, communication, and documentation skills for intra-disciplinary and interdisciplinary collaboration.
