Job Description
  • Provide Physical Therapy services within an interdisciplinary environment, consistent with qualifications, professional practices, and ethical standards.
  • Contribute to the Department's daily operations, including fulfilling charge duties as requested.
  • Maintain accurate time-keeping and adhere to designated start/end times.
  • Participate in program development and quality improvement activities.
  • Meet established productivity standards.
  • Perform all responsibilities in accordance with El Camino Health's We Care values, Medical Staff Code of Conduct, and Professional Behavior.
  • This position is enterprise-wide; employees will be required to float between campuses.
Qualifications
  • Completion of an Accredited Physical Therapy Program; Master's or Doctorate degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience; NICU experience if applicable, at least one year.
  • Meets Level II Therapist Career Ladder requirements.
License/Certification/Registration Requirements
  • Current valid California Physical Therapy license.
  • Current BLS certification (American Heart Association) for Healthcare Providers.
  • CCS-Panelled or in process if working in NICU/OP Pediatrics.
Ages of Patients Served

Neonate/child (0-3), child (4-12), adolescent (13-17), adult (18-64), older adult (65+).

Salary Range

$59.91 - $78.06 USD Hourly

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

Medium work, requiring standing most of the shift, lifting up to 35 lbs frequently, sitting, kneeling, climbing, and squatting.
